What is the best way to choose a wedding photographer?

  • Do you like the photographer's work?

  • Do the photographer's prices fit within your budget?

  • Are you pleased with the photographer's style and personality?(That is, do you feel that your personality and the photographer's will blend well on your wedding day?)

If you can answer "yes" to all three of these questions, you are well on your way to making a decision. If the answer is "no" to one or more of these questions, you might want to shop around a bit more before making your final decision. If you would like more help visit our link How to choose a wedding photographer.

Do we get the negatives?

Yes, unlike many other wedding photographers, we release the digital negatives to you. You can print as many copies as you want for friends and relatives once you have the negatives.

Do you shoot film or digital photographs?

We made a transition in 2006 to all digital photography. Although we can shoot film on request (color, black and white) we prefer digital for many reasons, all of which are beneficial to both us and our customers.

What are digital negatives?
Digital negatives means that you will receive a CD of the photos that are in your album. The photos will all be saved in high resolution (300dpi) and can be printed by your favorite photo lab for years to come. Digital negatives are much easier to keep than 35 mm negatives as with 35 mm negatives you only have one copy. With your digital negatives you can feel free to copy the CD to have for safe keeping, should you lose the first copy. Digital negatives also make it easy for you to share your photos with friends and family on your computer or through email.

How do we arrange for a consultation?
We offer a no-obligation, personal consultation for each couple who is considering us for their wedding photography. Please call 610.539.6920 or email for available times and we will make arrangements for you to come by and visit with us.

How do we book our date?
Once you have made your decision you will need to confirm your date by paying a $300 deposit. This deposit ensures that yours will be the only wedding booked on that particular date.

Do you Travel?
Absolutely! We include up to 30 miles (from King of Prussia, Pa 19406) in our packages. If your destination is further, we will work out details based on mileage or flight costs.

Do you allow other people to take photographs while you are working?
For the most part, there is no problem with friends and relatives taking photographs while we are doing our work. All that we ask is that any friends or relatives respect the fact that we have been hired to do a job as quickly and efficiently as possible, and that it is especially important that we have minimal interference during the posed formals session. It's quite all right if someone wants to take a photograph after we have shot a given pose, but other people taking excessive numbers of photographs during this time can lead to delays in the formal session and thus delays in getting to the reception.

Do you do portraits or engagement sittings? Modeling Head shots?
Yes, we do portraits and engagement sittings. Click here for Portrait rates.

Do you offer videography? Do you know of a good caterer?
We have a preferred videographer Rosetree Video Productions that we can have contact you. We also have a preferred caterering service that we can put you in contact with.
